Lily and Lace Bride is a made-to-order bridal boutique offering private appointment-based consultations. We do not sell products directly through our website. All purchases are made in person during your appointment. Every gown is made to order — we do not carry off-the-rack inventory.

• Appointments are complimentary and by request only.
• We ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
• Appointments are private and intended for the bride and her invited guests.
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments at our discretion.

By providing your phone number during the appointment booking process, you consent to receive automated SMS appointment confirmations from Lily and Lace Bride via our Twilio number (214) 501-5357.

• Message frequency: appointment confirmation messages only, sent once per booking.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation.

All gowns offered by Lily and Lace Bride are made to order. Once an order is placed and a deposit is received, production begins and cancellations may not be possible. Specific cancellation, refund, and alteration policies will be provided in writing at the time of purchase.
